Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how Limebound collects and uses personal data when you visit limebound.com, book a call or get in touch with us.
1. Who we are
The data controller is LIMEBOUND Emil Møller, ul. Christiana Andersena 10B lok. 3, 83-110 Tczew, Poland, NIP 5932655251, registered in CEIDG (the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity).
For anything related to your data, email emil@limebound.com.
2. What data we collect
- Booking and contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, the call time you choose and your consent choice.
- Communications: the content of emails, texts and calls between you and us.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed, from which country and on what type of device. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't let us identify you personally. We don't use advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To arrange and hold your call and take steps you've asked for before any contract, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To contact you about your booking by phone, text and email. We rely on your consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To follow up on your enquiry, keep records and protect our legal rights, under our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations if we work together, under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers who help us run the business, under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc., for website hosting and anonymous visit statistics
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), for our CRM, calendar and messaging
- Twilio Inc., for delivering calls and text messages
- Google, for serving the website's fonts and for email
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it's protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and booking data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
- Client and invoicing records: for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires, currently 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year.
- Consent records: for as long as we contact you on that basis, and for as long afterwards as we need them to show that consent was given.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To stop texts, reply STOP. For anything else, email emil@limebound.com. We'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
7. Other things you should know
Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need your name, email and a call time to book a call. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
